Response to A.D. Steward
Jan 19, 2023

Ms. Steward,

With all due respect, the Department you lead is in dire straights with all the issues Workday has caused, I have spent the last few days attempting to get answers and resolve for my members who have not been paid, over paid, the list goes on and on. So to incorporate some of our thoughts on your Destination 2026, I do believe it contains some info on staff wellness, correct? First, instead of where we are going and the direction we need to take to promote this mission, we would like answers as to how we can get this program, Workday, to remedy so many of us who continue to show up and do said work and have not been appropriately compensated. I have reached out to all involved in this roll out and still get no where with information or checks rightfully owed to AOCE’s members. With that being said, we are worried about 2023, not 2026. Can you provide some insight to the people who continue to show up with integrity, pride and sense of duty?

Respectfully,

Elena M. Martinez

AOCE President
