AIC's Motion to Intervene as Defendants

Members, I wanted to share this with you to present a view behind the scenes look at what has been happening in the midst of our filings etc.over the Mandate. I have attached the case filed for you to see. In a nutshell, the AIC's (a few) are trying to intervene on our lawsuit siding with the State, while wanting to join the State in fighting us. Thank you for all you do.

Members! I am seeing lots of Social Media chatter and posts about an extension of 6 weeks on the mandate. NOT TRUE! SEIU is portraying it in a positive light without all the facts. They did not do anything spectacular except sign off on some ridiculous nonsense that set our bar even higher to fight.

      In Search Of...

Members, I am looking for stories from you that can be used in court as declarations about how the stress impacted you during the first wave of the pandemic, the fires, the closing of MCCF. Real good, in depth, lots of details and feelings stories. Tell your story about the impact that being short staffed, mandatory overtime, lack of supplies etc.
